All prices are in Euro and US Dollar currency.

Am I safe shopping at your page?
We use the most secured SSL certificates which make our page encrypted and very difficult to be pirated from malicious
activities. Our credit card processors are controlled by VISA bank agency in Austria.
We use Paypal too which is the most safest payment method for both parties.
If you are living in Europe please consider to pay though Bank Transfer.

Where can you ship?
We ship internationally and through Austria Post.
For nations inside EU will be the VAT tax applied that is about 20% of the item(s).
For nations other than EU there is no addional tax when buying at us.

When will I receive my order?
We follow this process:

Step 1            Confirm payment             0-3 business days
Step 2            Process order                 1-3 business days
Step 3            Package order                1-2 business days
Step 4            Shipping                       8-10 business days

Holiday season orders can experience 2-3 week delays.
We will provide you the tracking number to locate the package online.

How are customs and taxes issues handled?
The customer is responsible for all customs and import issues including but not limited to knowing import laws
and dealing with taxes, tariffs, and item seizures.

How do you calculate the shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight of the goods.
Shipping weight and have been programmed into the e-shop, at the time of the order, the shipping will be calculated automatically by the total weight of the product ordered.

There is a basic charge in the carriage, and also the calculation of the minimum 1kg lighter ones.
Rather than the weight of the product itself, shipping calculation and weight after packing. In addition,
(such as iron and heavy windshield), you will be notified by email and be a separate package, and that the premium of the carriage is required in that case because there can not be packed together according to the commodity.

What happend if I didn't receive yet the package?
We ship immediately after we confirm the payment. It may happen that we did not have in stock and we had to order from the manufacturer the specified part.

It happened that the order is still in local post office near your location and we suggest to go to retreive the goods into their nearest office.

What is the cancellation policy, returns, about failure?
Please do not discard the mailing envelope and product packaging. Pictures of the proceeding items are needed when contacting us.

Always contact us and wait for instructions before returning anything.
