#1. Orders
Orders can be placed electronically through our webshop www.EuroNetBike.net or domestically at our retail shop at Brunn am Gebirge, Franz Schubert Strasse 17, 2345 Austria.
We have accepted placed orders if they are immediately carried out or confirmed in writing by means of an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to deviations from the illustrations and descriptions, weight specifications, etc. as well as to correct errors.
The minimum order value is €10.00. If an item is sold out at the time of order placement or currently not available, it is put on backorder and automatically shipped after the arrival of the goods. If there is to be no subsequent delivery, this is to be conveyed in writing to the respective contact stating the customer number. Should we not be able to deliver the merchandise within a period of two months, the existing backorders are automatically cancelled by our EDP system. If necessary, these items must be reordered.
#2. Delivery
As we are not the manufacturer of the merchandise we offer, the stated delivery times only apply to merchandise on stock. The delivery period is 1-3 days for stocked items. Delivery times vary greatly (in part imported from abroad) for special ordered merchandise and can amount to up to 1-3 weeks.
We reserve the right to execute partial deliveries provided that this is deemed advantageous for a speedier processing. In the event of a partial delivery, only the part of the merchandise which was shipped is billed and due for payment according to the normal conditions.
Our delivery commitment ends when the delivery of merchandise becomes impossible due to force majeure or other unpredictable events. In these cases as well as in the case of a delay by our suppliers, a right to damage compensation does not result.
#3. Shipping / Shipping costs / Special fees
We only charge a proportion of the costs, which we incur for packaging material, postage/parcel fees, etc., for postal charges and packaging. The shipping costs are strictly graduated depending on the weight. A parcel can contain merchandise up to 50 kg. For certain cases/countries we may use other shipping carrier such as UPS, DHL Express etc. if a delivery by Austrian Post is not possible or due to other reasons. A difference in shipping cost may be charged on a later moment upon agreement with the customer.
We ship internationally mainly by Austrian Post and provide to the customers the tracking numbers to locate the parcels online.
For shipments outside of Austria with the Austrian Post, postal charges and shipping costs are strictly charged depending on the weight, independent of the order type or merchandise value. Other carrier will be charged on volumetric weight.
In addition, delivery of products to some regions may incur a customs/sales tax that is payable on delivery of the physical items that you have ordered and must be fully covered by the receiver. Please be aware that Euronetbike cannot take the responsibiliy of the local Tax and custom duty. Please inform of these at your local tax office before the purchase.
#4. Payment
All indicated prices are retail prices excluding VAT tax and under it including VAT tax which apply for one item/piece.
The merchandise remains our property until it has been paid for in full. When there were incorrect prices on the site, the item(s) are not yet ready to be shiped untill is paid in full.
Our order confirmation are due immediately from our system.
#5. Payment Methods
We accept 3 payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Paypal.

Bank transfer fees may vary from bank to bank. The customer is responsible to cover all bank fees including the foreign and domestic fees. In case the fees were not covered and deducted from the total amount that has been transferred, we have the right to charge you for the missing amount. Please note that in this case all bank fees need to be covered by the buyer again. Will be send e-mail confirmation in about 48 hours.
5.2. You can pay by credit card as well. The website is secured through 256 bit encrypted SSL certifcates so any sensitive data will be highly protected. Please pay by credit card if you are the buying person, otherwise please do not buy at our site.
Under 18 years old are not allowed to buy by credit cards. You can use Visa or Mastercard for the payment.

Paying by credit cards may be a transaction fee applied from your bank. The customer is responsible to cover the bank fees. Will be send e-mail confirmation in about 48 hours.
5.3. You can pay by Paypal as is secure and convenient way to pay through e-mail. You will be redirected to Paypal website where is secured through 256 bit encrypted SSL certifcates so any sensitive data will be highly protected. In case you have problems checking out in our webshop then you can send the total amount at our company's e-mail address: sales@euroe-com.com. You will receive an invoice from Paypal with transation ID into it, also you will receive an invoice automatically from our webshop for placing the order.
NOTE:
Paying by Paypal will be a handling fee applied. The customer is responsible to cover the handling fee. You will receive 2 order confimations from Paypal and our webstore.
#6. Returns / Cancellation policies
Cancellation of orders can only be accepted when cancelled immediately after placing the order.
Any cancellation request needs to be notified to us solely by email immediately after the order has been placed.
Please note that once the order has been processed and the goods ordered from our supplier a cancelation may be difficult and rejected.
In case the ordered item is not available you will be informed by email and the order can be cancelled or changed to another item aggreed with customer.
We advise you to not reject or refuse the acceptance of the parcel without our consent. In case of refusing we would need to charge you the cost for all extra transportations. In case the goods were heavily damaged and the damages are visible on the outside packaging please take immediately photos of the damage as well of the items itself. With the images please contact us by email as soon as possible in order for us to start the damage claim at the forwarding agent.
Cancellation after the goods have been dispatched is not possible.
You may return the goods on your own cost if you wish to return as stated under the condition below.
Please be aware that certain return requests may also be rejected if the purchase is outside of EU and for certain brands, special items (custom made or high value items) or outlet goods (special offer). Each return case will be reviewed by us and you will receive the notification of further steps.
Please do not discard the mailing envelope and product packaging. Photos of the proceeding items are needed when contacting us.
-- You can return in 14 days after you have received the package. Contact us using the contact form or by e-mail stating
1) The order number and item/items you wish to return.
2) Reason for your return
-- Return the item in latest 14 days after the return request has been approved. Otherwise the return may not be accepted.
-- By law the shipping expenses for the return of the item are to be paid by the Customer.
-- If the item(s) were shipped already to the Customer means that we paid the shipping company already and can not be refunded.

-- The item must be returned intact and carefully packaged in its original box, complete with every accessory.
-- Our warehouse shall check the returned items as soon as we receive the returned goods and a return file shall be opened. A refund shall be issued within 14 days from receipt of the return and the Customer’s bank account or Paypal account shall be credited.

#7.1. Notes on refunds
Refunds will be refunded in the same manner the original payment was submitted or agreed, when are products not needed anymore, product dislikes, product price incorrect, wrong item received or customer's request.
For original payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal submitted will be refunded within 5-15 days from the date returned products. When the payment method is done through bank transfer for non EU-Nations customer, the customer is responsible to cover the remitance fees also for refunds. Euronetbike.net is not responsible for lost returns. Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier and the original package.
If you do not receive refund for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that Euronetbike.net has received the package, please notify sales@euronetbike.net as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number in your message.
#8. Price Policy
The prices indicated above are based for EU-Nations with VAT tax and non-EU-Nations without VAT tax.
Euronetbike.net is always trying to provide accurate product pricing information. However, typographical errors may occur. Euronetbike.net will not confirm the price of the item until after the order has been submitted. If the item has been listed with incorrect pricing or the wrong information due to an error, Euronetbike.net has the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any and all orders placed for that particular product. #9. Availability
We sell millions of parts at wholesale prices and can't possibly keep them all in stock. Being able to add parts to your shopping cart is not an indication of parts being in stock. What we don't stock is ordered direct from the manufacturer and shipped to you. Although we regularly receive updates about unavailable parts with some vehicles, occasionally, parts may be able to be added to your shopping cart that are discontinued and no longer in production. Personal data is only stored insofar as it is necessary for processing. All data is treated confidentially.
1. Collection and processing of data
Every access to our homepage and every query of a file stored on the homepage is recorded. This storage serves internal system related and statistic purposes. The following is recorded: Name of the retrieved file, date and time of the query, transferred data amount, report of successful query, web browser and enquiring domain.
The IP addresses of the enquiring computers are also stored.
Other personal data is only stored if you give this information voluntarily, for example in line with an enquiry or registration.
2. The use and transfer of personal data
Provided you have made personal data available to us, we will only use it to answer your enquiries, to process contracts we have concluded with you and for technical administration.
Your personal data is only transmitted to third parties or otherwise conveyed if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing - in particular the transmission of order data to suppliers -if this is required for billing purposes or if you have agreed to this in advance. You have the right to revoke consent you have given with effect for the future at any time.
Stored personal data is deleted if you revoke your consent to store the data, if the knowledge thereof is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose pursued with the storage or if the storage thereof is inadmissible due to other legal reasons.

By taking all possible technical and organisational measures, we strive to store your personal data in a manner which protects it against third party access. When communicating via email, we cannot guarantee full data integrity. We therefore recommend sending us confidential information by regular mail.

Subject to price changes, prior sale and errors resp. misprints. Austrian law applies to this business relationship.
The place of fulfilment for both parties is Braunschweig. If the contracting party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the sole jurisdiction stipulated for all claims arising from or based on a contract is our business location. The same applies to persons, who do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or persons, who have changed their place of residence or permanent dwelling to a location outside of Germany after contract conclusion or whose place of residence or permanent dwelling is unknown at the time of filing a suit.
